This was a peculiar little story, and I mean that in (mostly) a good way.
It’s a heartbreaking story of love and loss, and the strange coping mechanisms people develop.
As someone who is a grinch, relating to Jimmy is at times difficult, however as a damaged person, it is all too easy.
Just don’t expect a happy ending. It’s not sad per se, I guess bittersweet would be the best word for it.
Pulls you in and keeps you.

This is an excellent story. The characters are well-developed. You feel a personal connection in relationship immediately. There is so much familiarity in each and every character you feel as though it could be any neighbor in any neighborhood.

It wasn’t a traditional blood and gore creepy but a psychological creepy, playing on the depths of most people’s fears and phobias.

I laughed, I cried and I finished the book in 2 days. What an amazing story, what a talented writer.

I loved this book. Great job Jennifer.
The characters are well developed and easy to visualize.
The book could be an episode of a ‘Dark Mirror’ type anthology series!!
I love Christmas, but I put on modest outside display at Halloween.
I can relate to your main characters enthusiasm, to a point.
Must read

I loved this story. Mixes drama, tragedy, and darkness with quirky humor and leaves you wondering what will happen next. Definitely a pleasant and totally unexpected (in a good way) read. 5 stars.

Would you read “Mr. Christmas?”
