Keto Snack Recipe: Peppers and cream cheese

Listen. Here’s the thing. I’m all about cheap, fast, and easy. Hence, my relationships. This also applies to food. I’m not exactly Julia Child. I would need more sherry for that. When I came across this recipe, it checked all the boxes.

3. 3 ingredients. That’s it. Cream cheese. Pepper. Everything but the bagel seasoning.
Cut the peppers.
Slather the cream cheese.
Sprinkle/dump the seasoning.
I mean, it looks ok.
Why am I such a child trying new foods?
It’s not bad. But it’s not good either. I love all three of these things but together, no. The sweet pepper really threw everything off. Probably not going to do this again. Oh well.
