Mom life is hard. Wake up. Get dressed. Get small people ready. Work. Then you need to feed them.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
Every day.
It’s exhausting.
That’s why I’m giving you one of my go to recipes. This is quick and easy. Can’t say cheap because nothing is anymore. Seriously, $35 for a 10 pound bag of chicken breasts. It’s enough to make you get your own chickens. Oh wait. I do. Anyway.
On to the recipe.
This is sweet Italian sausage. Cut it up and cook it.I like it with rice. My husband likes it with spaghetti. Boil, baby, boil.I cut up two bell peppers. And then I seasoned them up. Italian seasoning is good. I also used garlic powder.Stir it up.One 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes.Stir. Mix. Cook over a low medium heat to boil off the liquid. But not all of it. You want the liquid to go over the rice or pasta. Because yum.And there you have it. It’s so good.

This look so good. Definitely going to add it to my weeknight meals list. My go to weeknight meal right now is Instantpot Chicken and Rice Casserole. I can have it done in ten minutes and it’s tasty.

It’s super easy. I don’t always put broccoli in mine. Sometimes I serve a different veggie on the side. But either way is delicious.
