Holy cow.
It’s December.
How? Didn’t the kids just go back to school? What the hell? I’m still writing my resolutions for 2022.
Oh well. Since it’s Decmeber 1st that means it’s time for Whamageddon and Mariahlation.
That’s right, kids. We’re doubling down on this. And you might be asking what Mariahlation is. Literally the same thing as Whamageddon but with the bane of every retail worker’s nightmares. Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas. (Why did my autocorrect try to change Christmas to China?)
So, I’m giving you my Spotify playlist. It has one each of Wham’s Last Christmas and Mariah’s unholy masterpiece that will surely bring a out the end of the world.
The rules are simple. Listen to the playlist, or the radio (who does that anymore?) Or go into public places. Try to make it to Christmas without hearing either song.
